Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

The commercial manager has a large breadth of responsibilities.

  • Primary accountability is to deliver the acquisition revenue targets.

Specifically it will require him to be responsible for

  1. Optimising A&R budget
  2. Defining product portfolio
  3. Setting pricing and commercial campaigns
  4. Managing distribution channels
  5. Ensuring the business unit remains competitive to market changes
  6. Driving longer term  strategy
  7. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
