The Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager roleis a broad and varied one, and holds responsibility for planning, design and execution of all Digital Sales and Marketing Projects.The role will own the online experience and lead the development of new capabilities to enhance the business proposition. In order to do thisthe successful candidate will have to work with and understand internal UX teams, and act as a product owner within the agile project management process.
The Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager role would suit a candidate with a previous commercial background within online product or propositions, UX or Agile/Waterfall Project Management. The candidate will have applied these skills in a B2C environment, and have examples of implementing new online development for a business, which could be in the form of new websites, microsites, mobile or app development etc. - Proven Project Manager - Understanding of UX/Usability - Previous examples of testing (split/ab or MVT) - Examples of new online development within a B2C business.
Our client isa leading industrial utilities business based near Twickenham A salary of £40000 to £50000, plus benefits and bonus, with flexibility at the top end of the pay bracket for exceptional candidates.
