With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months, the Experience Planner role will be expected to deputise for the Strategic Planning Director as necessary and mentor new members of the team.
The Experience Planner will need to be an excellent problem solver, love complex problems, possess very strong client facing skills and be a confident communicator with clear thinking and a well-organized approach to planning.
Highly collaborative with a passion for technology, you'll be adept at communicating technical issues to non-technical people effectively and demonstrate extensive experience in developing digital responses to complex client problems across all digital media.
With experience using a range of techniques to stay as close as possible to the clients target audiences to derive insight about their needs, expectations behaviours etc, the Experience Planner will come with a deep understanding of digital Interaction, significant creative agency experience and be familiar with primary customer research.
