Midweight Designer - Retail / Branding / Packaging

Somerset £23k - £30k

Talented Midweight Designer needed to join a growing agency in Bath and add to their already talented creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the agency at a very exciting time in their growth.

We`re looking for someone special here, someone bursting with creative ideas that can bring a fresh approach to retail communications, pos, packaging and branding projects, and help to uphold the quality of creative work coming out of the agency. You`ll also have the opportunity to work with some fantastic FMCG and retail giants too - what could be better?

Working within the creative studio you`ll embrace the true art of Design. You`ll have a natural creative flair and intuition and will have a genuine passion for Design. You`ll understand how to create something visually stunning and aesthetically beautiful with the right blend of typography and artistic creativity.

You`ll need to have a Design qualification (whether it`s a degree or foundation course) coupled with 3-5 years design experience agency side. You`ll be confident working within a team and will share ideas and work collaboratively with other Designers within the agency with ease.

You don`t need to have worked purely within a pos / packaging agency previously, but a good understanding of retail / FMCG brands and a solid grounding designing across the full marketing mix is essential.

If successful you can expect a salary of between £23k - £30k dependent on the experience you can bring to the table, and the chance to join a marketing agency that can offer the opportunity for long term career progression within the creative world.

If you, or anyone you know can tick these boxes, then contact Lynsey at Ad Lib with your CV and striking portfolio today.
