Performance Media Director

A top five integrated media agency are looking for someone to head up and lead their performance media offering. The agency is integrated in the true sense of the word and they do not operate in silos. They recognise that to be successful you need to work across functions in a matrix structure.
That said this is a role for a DR expert. Someone who has a demonstrable track record in direct response advertising across all media. The agency has significant, instantly recognisable clients with big budgets to spend. The team are strong however they are still developing and they need the right individual to take them to the next level.
Sitting on the senior management team you will be a strategic thinker without losing sight of the need to implement. You will be a relationship builder at the highest level within your clients and most of all you will be able to inspire those around you.
This is a leadership position and as such requires significant breadth of experience, both managerially and functionally. The ideal candidate will have experience of servicing clients with budgets in excess of £25 million.
The role spans both offline and online channels and ideally we would want to see experience of both however perfromance media is the key and if you are stronger in one area than the other we still want to hear from you.
It's likely you will be a Business Director at the moment who has experienced a demonstrable record of sucess to date in a fast paced media environment. This will probably be a step up for you however your career to date suggests you can handle such a challenge!
