My client is a family-owned multi-national business that has been designing, developing and manufacturing dentist-recommended oral hygeine products for almost half a century, and first introduced them to the UK market in 1998.
To prepare and set the marketing budget and carry out marketing activities to maintain and develop sales of the Oral Hygiene product range in accordance with the business plan and corporate guidlines.
Reporting to the UK General Manager the Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall marketing of my client's products in the UK. Managing a team of one marketing assistant and two external team members. The Marketing Manager will be a part of the UK management team, who together are responsible for the business and organisational development. The successful candidate should create and implement an overall company sales and marketing strategy in line with the corporate guidelines from Group headquarters. Together with the Marketing team the Marketing Manager will create and develop annual marketing plans and deliver them in time and within the agreed budgets. The Marketing Manager will, on a regular basis, work with marketing colleagues in the Swedish head office.
5 years of progressive positions in marketing Experience in supervising and managing staff
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field

The successful applicant should like to work in a small and experienced team and be sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month within the UK and to Sweden. We are looking for a person who is keen on new experiences, responsibility and accountability.
