Experiential & Digital Senior Account Director:
Creatively focused integrated Agency is looking for a Senior Account Director (Experiential with a big dose of Digital experience/ background).
As either a current and ‘solid’ Account Director now moving up the ladder or an established senior account director your next role needs ‘impact’ and to be a career ‘defining move’. Well a small to mid-sized integrated Agency (heritage in Experiential /Digital/ Design & Branding/ Social) are searching for a senior account director to run a tight team and report directly into the board over in London Bridge in the shadow of the Shard.
You will be the board’s right hand man, or lady for that matter, and therefore the future opportunity is for you to head to the lofty heights of the ‘board’. As the second tier of management in the Agency you will have responsibility for a number of the account management team, the Agency’s key Clients and you will naturally be a confident pair of hands to drive existing business and when necessary help out on new business.
Skillset wise you will know how to and can deliver and bring to life Brand Experience/ Experiential/ Brand Activation in your sleep - the second string to your bow will be confidence in the digital arena, naturally this also stretches to social however there are a lot of talented social media people there. So you will be used to running digital projects that may be stand alone or as part of a wider marcomms plan to amplify the impact of an Event/ Campaign.
It’s a creative environment and the output is always effective however if you have experience of more corporate projects then not a bad thing either.
