Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
9 month contract, immediate start: 11th March
Our Client, an innovative London agency, specialising in branding, marketing and creative design, are looking for a talented and creative Account Manager to join their enthusiastic and fast growing team.
This Account Manager will have at least 2 years experience in an agency, ensuring you have an excellent understanding of having to work with a number of different brands and projects. Our ideal is for this individual to have some good marketing experience too and this can be agency or client side.
Your experience will have allowed you take clients from conception stage through to implementation. You have been able to achieve this through your strong management of outsourced areas and influencing internal teams and individuals to deliver in a timely manner, ensuring the clients marketing strategy, campaigns and more importantly their communication and message both internally and externally is executed beyond their expectation.
Your job role summary:
You will assist in the account management to help drive forward Marketing Strategies, Communication and Campaign Development, through the day-to-day delivery and fulfilment of Client briefs, exceeding their expectations. Activity will include on and offline materials, messaging and media’s.
Role and Responsibilities include:
Managing the promotional plans on behalf of clients to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns
The proactive development of marketing promotional activity
Working directly with vendors/suppliers in the management of resources in the development of campaigns
Working with key stake-holders and suppliers to develop marketing campaign messaging
Executing, monitoring, tracking and reporting on campaign activity
Researching potential clients, clients and clients’ competitors
Analysing and evaluating campaign effectiveness and delivering continual improvements
Liaising with creatives, printers and PR agencies
Studio traffic management – managing job list, job board and creatives
Creating estimates, sales orders and invoices
Responding to new business enquiries
Experience and skills required include:
2+ years experience within a marketing and or communications agency.
Experience of web and social media analytics as well as HTML email sends.
Understands/Appreciates need for consistency and integration of company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and online activities
Experience of managing marketing agency activities
A working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook plus use of the Internet and search engines for SEO
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to work effectively with both internal and build effective external customer relationships
Creative flair
Has an appetite to learn and develop new skills

Can do, positive attitude
A good sense of humour
Strong attention to detail
