The company is looking to further develop its analytics function and is looking for an analytics manager with a strong analytical background to join their customer and commercial analytics team.


Our client is a well-known global giant looking to invest into its analytics function. The company is looking to streamline its marketing analytics department and develop data-driven insights across its entire customer base and products.


Our client is looking for a manager with proven experience in the area of customer insight and analytics. The role will involve working on varied projects, focusing a lot on their customer behavioural analytics and also looking to more effectively target and segment their customer base. The role will play a key part in their commercial and customer centric teams, incorporating an element of hands-on analysis, as well as developing strategic recommendations with senior stakeholders. This position will be managing a team of 4 customer insight analysts and working closely with them to effectively analyse large data sets.


To be considered for the Analytics Manager role you must have the following essential skills and experience:
* Proven background in hands-on analytics, having used SAS and/or SQL extensively
* A strong analytical and marketing focused background
* Experience formulating strategy and delivering data-driven insights to all levels of business
* Experience managing an customer centric analytics team
* Experience working with senior stakeholders


The successful candidate could earn up to £80,000 + benefits package
