My client is one of the world's most recognised music brands. A fantastic opportunity has become available to head up their digital advertising sales dept. You will have solid digital sales experience to agencies and clients and a passion for music

Key responsibilities

Responsible for managing Account Manager and Account Executive
Hold regular meetings with team members to ensure full visibility of all aspects of agency business and campaigns
Ensure team keep regular contact with agencies at the appropriate levels in order to maximise revenue from their portfolios
Meet and exceed personal development target goals and set those for the team
Use all tools available in order to maintain up to date knowledge of the digital media market
Strive to be creative & proactive at all times ensuring any ideas/suggestions/issues/ projects are followed through and communicated to all relevant personnel


Key requirements

Enthusiastic, positive, committed, proactive and resourceful; can be counted on to get the job done
Strong contacts within digital agencies
Self starter with the confidence and ambition to derive maximum revenues from a portfolio of agencies
Attention to detail and administration vital
An understanding of the current advertising landscape and digital's role within it
Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
Creative thinking - ability to problem solve and develop new ideas


Minimum 2 yrs experience in selling online
