My client is a leading fully integrated agency with a fantastic reputation. A unique head of digital opportunity has become available
You'll ensure a high quality and consistent media output across the whole digital media team and
ensure all campaign rigour is applied - using campaign tools as routine.
You'll be responsible for the allocation of accounts within the team and mentoring and development of your colleagues.
You'll be charged with building and maintaining media owner relationships at a senior level
You'll be the go-to person for the latest news within media, technologies and tools and be on hand to recommend these internally where appropriate
You'll support the client service and planning teams in the training and education of our clients and
You'll drive up productivity (and profitability) through more efficient working processes
We'd expect you to have a strong understanding of mobile and the impact this is having on media -
both from an engagement and a paid media standpoint.
As social magnification is now a critical component within all campaigns, you'll advise on how you can leverage and connect content across bought, owned and earned channels.
Skills & Experience:
You'll be a head of digital media or a head of department from within a similar organisation.
You'll be experienced at growing, recruiting and developing a team around you.
