Associate Director, Research & Insight
A leading Financial Services business has brilliant new opportunity for a research and insight specialist to join their dynamic team. In this integral role you will be instrumental in developing and implementing new customer acquisition plans through all available tools to enable the business to meet its sales goals.
- Defining and delivering all research and insight programmes representing the results and the customer back into the organisation.
-Providing (either directly or through an external agency) the right level of actionable, targeted insight balanced with wider customer themes.
-Leading all proposition research into key customer segments, supporting the definition and development of propositions and testing customer reaction pre and post launch.
-Working with the acquisition and customer value management teams to support them through the provision of insight to help in the strategy and planning of activities and in the development and refining of messages, offers, promotions, media choice etc.
The successful candidate will ideally be from a Financial Services background and have a deep understanding of customer insight programmes. You will have had previous practical experience taking numerous insights and creating a clear and inspiring case for business change. Strong leadership and influential skills are essential.
