TV Manager (Planning focus)
Oxygen is pleased to be working with one of the most impressive success stories in the media agency world in recent years. With a growing client base that is particularly strong in the entertainment, travel and retail markets you will work within the central broadcast team working across TV and VOD. You will be working closely with other internal teams and the client where you will be uniquely placed to provide true consultancy and insight to equip them well in their individual sectors. You will be part of a great team of people and the environment is incredibly positive and forward thinking. With full management of your own campaigns you will be involved in all areas of the process from initial client briefing through research/consumer insight and strategic development to successful implementation through strong media owner connections and negotiating skills and this role will particularly focus on the planning side of broadcast while also buying your own campaigns. Internally you will continually strive to improve processes and will be further exposed to new business pitching and development and be exposed to ongoing agency improvements. The agency has a very fun feel and you will be working from great offices in the West End where you’re perfectly placed to embrace the social aspect of the job.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have excellent multi broadcast skills with particular exposure to TV being essential. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional client management skills and be well connected with relevant media owners in all the main stations. You will therefore be able to demonstrate a nice blend of client management and campaign execution. The role offers a degree of flexibility to fit around the right person and your general approach and personality is as important as your previous experience. You will take personal ownership for a selection of clients but will also work closely with other members of the team to ensure the whole department operates successfully together to drive client development. A degree of flexibility in the roles means the agency is open to considering people from various levels from a planner/buyer looking for their first move, to an experienced manager looking to work in a more autonomous role.
