The role is due to further expansion and requires someone with a proven track record in affiliate marketing. Increasing sales performance via the affiliate channel Management and development of the affiliate team Analysing campaign Development of the affiliate proposition Supporting in new business development Working with other channel heads to develop our cross channel offering Developing key affiliate and network relationships Developing proposals (new and existing clients)
Managing campaigns to tight ROI and budget constraints
Forecasting for clients based on ROI and budget changes
Passionate about Affiliates - a thought leader
Strong communicator/presenter Affiliate management in an agency / client side role
Strategic thinker Understanding of Affiliate network functionality
Great people skills Full understanding of the UK affiliate marketplace
Knowledge of other marketing channels and non UK affiliate marketplace
Equivalent to a minimum of 2 years managing a team delivering affiliate campaigns Highly numerate, data driven and analytical
Well organised - can operate under pressure Experience of leading a team in an online environment
