A leader within the utility sector is offering the right candidate a chance to work on exciting projects across all product and services areas and deploy innovative marketing strategies based on creative insight.
They want to make customer needs at the heart of their decision making, and you will be part of that drive. The Customer Insight Executive will be involved in championing the voice of the consumer in the team.
The Customer Insight Executive will be involved in driving forward both the proposition development and customer management activity within the company.
Supporting the head of consumer insight you will:
- Support a range of critical foundational projects
- Develop and execute appropriate market research strategies
- Manage key agency relationships
- Lead the design of key research projects
- Deliver research projects and ensure stakeholders are kept up to date and adhere to internal quality controls
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to track and manage innovative, actionable market research projects.
- Market research experience across qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience working in within corporate or Market Research Company
- Able to communicate with key stakeholders
- Ability to form actionable insight and strategy
