Working with the senior management team, as Account Director, you'll be responsible for developing a number of FMCG accounts. You will be required to take a leading role in the planning, strategic direction, and management of key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of creative work (packaging, retail, and corporate) is on brief and on time. Vision is key to this role, as is the ability to be a proactive contributor to your clients' account.

You will have significant strategic account management experience from an agency background. Substantial strategy and FMCG experience is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate where you have led strategic projects at a senior level.
