Daniel Marks London is an independent Headhunting firm and specialises in the Marketing Communications sector. We cover a variety of areas of recruitment, ranging from Search & Selection, Change Management, Contingency and Advertising. We are now positioned as one of the leading experts in all areas of the creative industry.
DML primarily works with London’s top Advertising agencies, including BBH, Adam&EveDDB, Ogilvy, AKQA and glue Isobar, as well as International networks such as Omnicom, Publicis and FTSE 100 listed WPP Group. Our clients help shape the world we live in from the adverts you see on TV to the many Websites and Apps you use on a daily basis.
2012/13 has been our best year to date with major expansion in the UK and our international remit, as well as a new central office base in the heart of Soho, London. We have an opening at entry level for a Junior Recruitment Consultant.

You will either be coming from an existing career in recruitment at Researcher or Consultant level; or you will be seeking a career in Recruitment and have a genuine passion for the Advertising/Creative industry. To succeed in recruitment you must be confident, forward-thinking, highly organised and demonstrate interest in both people and business.
- 2nd class degree or higher
- Language: must be fluent in English and based in the UK
- Must be an eloquent speaker, confident at presenting and have good telephone manner
- Outgoing personality: fun persona, variety of hobbies/interests and a natural enthusiasm for learning
- Sales experience beneficial, but not essential
- Interest or experience in Marketing/Advertising a bonus
- Computer literate
