Associate Director to Research Director - Multi-country Consumer Insights
About the client
Due to the growth of a key FMCG account, we are looking to appoint an Associate Director to Research Director who will lead the delivery of global insight working in true partnership with your client. You will join a research business recognised by clients for the quality and flexibility of their approach, working with innovative research methods and technology.
About the role
You will be joining an established team who lead the project management of a multi-country study working with innovative research techniques. The studies are focused on delivering customer experience and brand insights, mainly working with quantitative methodologies. Your responsibilities within the team will entail:
- Bringing market understanding, ensuring the development and delivery of insights within the context the FMCG and Retail sectors.
- Analysing and translating research results.
- Developing compelling ways of presenting the insights and how they could make a difference to your client's business.
- Be a true team player, working with the project management team to ensure effective delivery of the research programme.
What we're looking for
The position will require an keen interest in the FMCG & Retail market place and a desire to uncover effective strategies and tactics to support your client's business.
You will understand brand and communication and the role quantitative research can play in leading planning and business decision.
