A premium inventory network, the deliver high level; high visibility Rich media campaigns across premium publishers for some of the most prestigious agencies and brands across the UK.
They take a multichannel approach to campaign delivery and with their own in house technology and creative teams they are able to deliver campaigns across; web, mobile, and video. They guarantee brand protection and have a highly transparent approach when dealing with both there publishers and advertisers.
In this role you will be involved in leading a team of UK sales people and German Sales people, with scope to grow and expand the team as you see fit. This team are already over exceeding current quotas, 90 % of the team made or exceeded Quota last year and one of the sales team was on 240% of target in Q1.
Because this is a driven and competent team your role will not just be hands on management but you will also have be involved in supporting the team with your extensive network and knowledge of the industry. The current non exec in charge of this team has put in place a structure and strategy to help the sales team predict and deliver larger sales quotas. You will work closely with the non exec to build on this strategy and ensure that the team delivers and exceeds existing targets.
In this role they are looking for someone who has not only extensive high-level contacts across the west agency space but also somebody who has superb sales management/team leadership skills and a strategic approach to business development.
