Senior Account Director – INTEGRATED / DIGITAL - [Drinks] - Superb Agency!
Senior Account Director - Integrated / DIGITAL- [Drinks] - up to £59k + bonus!
This top London agency, need a strong Senior Account Director with Drinks experience and a passion for Sport [Football] to join their team working on this new client win - which is Drinks/ Beer led.
Drinks experience would be preferred here, but not mandatory. Strong FMCG is mandatory.

The Senior Account Director must also understand 'Retail' and route to market within Drinks / Beer.
The new client win sees the agency becoming the BTL partner for ALL brands within this big name parent brand [BEER] and within that, the agency and Senior Account Director will lead the activation of a huge sponsorship element linked to Football.
The Senior Account Director will report into the Group Account Director and have a strong team of direct reports, including Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Execs. This whole team, as led by the Senior Account Director, will help to deliver 360 campaigns, alongside other partner agencies.
The Senior Account Director must be comfortable with, and have proven experience of, running large-scale 360 campaigns, which include both consumer activity and trade activity, and an ever growing digital element.
Within the broad based delivery, will be the sponsorship element of an existing property, Football related, so the Senior Account Director must also have previous sponsorship/ property activation experience.

The Senior Account Director role:
The Senior Account Director role includes strong POS experience - solid on trade/ off trade and route to market knowledge, promotional marketing, partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, retail understanding and of course DIGITAL - the Senior Account Director role requires strong all round BTL skills and a solid understanding of ATL and TTL approaches.
As Senior Account Director you'll sit at the 'top table' with the cross-agency partners and work in partnership, developing TTL ideas & campaigns.
Given this is a new client win, there's a huge opportunity for the Senior Account Director to take this role and truly become a 'partner' to the client.
You'll need to have at least 1+ years experience at the Senior Account Director level, from a leading London agency or equivalent - combined with solid promotional and BTL skills.
Senior Account Director Requirement:
- proven experience of big brand management / campaigns - FMCG or drinks related
- MUST have 1+ years at Senior Account Director level, in an agency
- successful integrated campaigns - including strong digital
- solid sales promotion skills & POS experience - ideally within FMCG/ drinks
- previous & proven sponsorship activation and management
- incredibly enthusiastic and ambitious - a strong drive to succeed
- great team player, with the ability to 'lead' on a new win
- proven track record with relationship building - internally and externally
As Senior Account Director, you'll lead a traditional team with a SAM, AM and AE and be a leader within the wider team including dedicated creative resource and planning support.
