INDEPENDENT London AGENCY are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER who has an appreciation of the integrated mix between EXPERIENTIAL marketing and STRATEGIC insight with particular focus on consumer driven marketing within the ON and OFF TRADE.  

The immediate account team looks after the UK activation for their client, working predominantly as the LEAD AGENCY.  As Account Manager you will report to the Account Director, drive strategy and become the day to day client contact for your key clients, looking after the agency/client partnership.  As Account Manager you will drive business growth through existing clients, working with the AD in developing a proactive action plan.
 
Account Manager responsibilities include:

•    Delivering 1st class account management on the UK activation account, including:
•    Strong strategic acumen – ability as Account Manager to develop consumer propositions and write creative briefs and provide strategic channel recommendations
•    Establishing a trusted partnership with the brand teams in London and the North West
•    Management of the creative process within the agency
•    Co-ordination of stock and cash management for the account and activity
•    Taking ownership as Account Manager of campaign resource and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and maximise profit
•    Regularly reviewing and reporting to the team and client on campaign progress

Experience required:

•    Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience at a leading integrated agency
•    Experiential experience essential and understanding the on trade market would be greatly beneficial
•    Exemplary project / campaign management skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding client service at Account Manager level
•    First class client servicing skills – a consummate operator
•    Flawless attention to detail particularly in financial and stock management of accounts
•    Experienced managing integrated national campaigns for large accounts or clients
•    A real hunger to grow accounts, develop business and good commercial acumen
•    Strategic and innovative approach to delivering work across multiple markets
•    Must be familiar with and comfortable working on FMCG brands
•    Integrated thinker with a good understanding of how different channels can be utilized to deliver a cohesive and powerful activation plan
•    Self-motivated with an excellent, proven track record, passion for marketing and ability to generate ideas
