Client Side Media Manager
Are you currently working in a planning / planning & buying role media agency side and excited about the prospect of transferring your extensive media knowledge to a client side role? If so then my client who is based in central London is looking for a media manager to work in house and create high quality media proposals, advise on their media placement and work with the media buying agencies to ensure the best media placement. You will have a minimum of four years media agency experience, have substantial media planning experience or you will already be working in an in-house role. A strong knowledge of media will be required as will an interest in the travel and tourism sector is crucial to make a success of this role.
As media manager at this renowned tourism company, you will be responsible for delivering all the media planning and buying activity - working closely with your media agency. You will manage and motivate the media planning and buying agencies and ensure the best possible media placement. You will work strategically to place your company in a leadership position for media planning and buying. You will also benefit from working closely with the marketing team, especially those responsible for the campaign activity. You will be building and maintaining relationships at senior director level so excellent communication skills are required.
