ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – Integrated agency – Digital/Integrated - £42k-46k

Truly INTEGRATED, INDEPENDENT marketing communications agency with 150+ talented people are looking for a hands on ACCOUNT DIRECTOR with a particular focus on all areas of DIGITAL/TV Production to work on two high profile accounts.

The chosen Account Director will have an appreciation of the integrated mix and will be working across planning, advertising, experiential, promotional and shopper marketing so relevant integrated experience is essential.

As Account Director you will work closely with planning, creative and the core account team to generate ‘thought leadership’ across all areas of the accounts, specifically within the digital arena. 

Reporting into a Group Account Director you will deliver 1st class account management across all areas of digital, drive client strategy and become the day-to-day client contact for your key clients. You will drive growth through existing clients, working with the GAD in developing a proactive action plan.

We are looking for an Account Director with a strong STRATEGIC acumen – ability to proactively identify opportunities and work with wider team to deliver projects (focus on digital).  You will have the ability to develop consumer propositions, write creative briefs and provide strategic channel recommendations.

You are a strategic and innovative thinker who is proactive with a good understanding of how different digital channels can be utilized to deliver cohesive and powerful ideas.  You come with a real hunger to grow accounts and develop business, plus the ability to generate ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of  5 years experience at a leading integrated/digital agency with exemplary project / campaign management skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding client service.  If this sounds like the challenge you’ve been looking for then I’d like to speak to you and see your CV.
