A fantastic opportunity for a proven Business Director or rising-star Group Account Director to make their mark, managing integrated campaigns on a high-profile Financial Services account for this leading global creative agency.
Business Director – The role
You will be managing the output and direction of the team delivering integrated DR campaigns and strategies.
You will be expected to effectively allocating agency resources to ensure the delivery of best in class work and exceptional client experience
You will have a key role in building relationships with the senior client team whilst overseeing day-to-day activities.
You will use your creative and strategic stimulus to challenge the status quo and move the product on.
Business Director – Skills and experience
With a proven track record of demonstrable success in leading and growing accounts, you’ll be a real team player and standard bearer for the creative product.
FS experience is ideal but not a pre-requisite, but you will need the necessary DR technical skills in order to set the standards for the team to aspire to.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be highly organised but with entrepreneurial flair, a proactive business developer and excellent relationship builder. An ability to structure a coherent argument and react calmly and confidently to any challenge is a must.
