Lead Social Media Analyst - Top Agency

An amazing innovative Social Media agency is looking for an experience Social Media Analyst to lead their insight team. My client works with famous brands on a global level and is at the cutting edge of digital and social.

The ideal candidate will have worked at a digital or social media agency, using research and listening tools to a high level.

The role:
*Heading up a team of analysts, working closely with strategists & the client services team to deliver data and insight-based projects
*Lead scoping and briefing of all social insight deliverables
*Be accountable for delivering impactful and meaningful social insight reports
*Driving data, analysis and insight innovation within the Strategy and Insight Team
*Provide technical expertise in data collection and research techniques, driving innovation and wide use of data sources
*Help clients understand what metrics they should be tracking to measure their performance against business objectives
*Support new business pitches by providing the team with valuable audience insights to inform proposals

*Experience using at least one social media listening/monitoring tool e.g. Brandwatch, Radian6, Synthesio
*Experience using web analytics and social data analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, SocialBakers
*Experience creating a range of high quality social insight reports for clients
*Skilled at both quantitative and qualitative social analysis methodologies
*Can create Boolean queries and use tools to build keyword-based listening queries
*Get the most out of Excel for data analysis and chart creation
*Can effectively brief and lead a team of analysts
*Experience building audience profiles
*Experience presenting social insights to clients

Salary: £30-35k plus benefits
