Insight Director – Qualitative - Digital/Mobile
Exciting new agency which gleans insights from innovative digital methods is looking for someone to help continue their successful momentum. The company manages to get insights from non-conventional approaches, utilising digital tools, to develop compelling and strategic approaches for their clients, who range from FMCG, retail, media & healthcare.
Due to the success they’ve enjoyed since they were established, they are now looking for a qualitative research professional with experience of implementing innovative methodologies & solutions. The Insight Director is a brand new role and will have five key criteria:
- Shaping the offering – working alongside the MD to help define the strategy for the company
- Business Development
- Project Implementation – leading projects from developing debriefs, developing strategic thinking and presenting findings.
- Team leadership and development
- Promotion of business – through conference speaking, attending industry events, becoming an industry spokesperson and developing white papers.
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need to have a track record of working on innovative qualitative projects, ideally with a digital focus. The company works across a range of sectors but are ideally hoping for someone with excellent shopper insights experience, so exposure to the retail space would be beneficial. Furthermore you will be a free thinker and enjoy devising & embracing new methodologies, especially around the digital world.
