A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to work in one of London's top Experiential agencies. This is a great opportunity as this agency has very quickly risen through the agency ranks and established a name for itself as being one of the most creative, forward thinking agencies in the UK, with an array of top industry awards won this year.

They are independent, around 40 people strong and based in a fantastic office in a very creative area of Central London.

The Role
This fantastic Account Director role will be working on a global entertainment client with a great reputation. This brand partners itself closely with music, film and sports, with campaigns planned and activated by this agency across all of these areas and more.

They are looking for an Account Director with a great mix of experience and understanding of strategy and production. You will be working closely with the creative and design departments to come up with exciting campaign ideas for the client, which will then be delivered by this award winning agency team.

The campaigns will have a very strong experiential focus but will also cover more integrated channels, covering digital/social, video content, events, sponsorship and sponsorship activation. It's an incredibly diverse and exciting account, with a strong music/entertainment and experiential focus.

As an Account Director you will be managing a team of highly skilled Account and Project Managers and Executives. You will be managing budgets of up to £1m, playing an instrumental role in developing the client relationship further and supporting the new business function within the agency.


The Candidate
The ideal Account Director will have a strong experiential background, ideally working with music, sports or entertainment brands, although they are open to other brand/sector experience.

You will be forward thinking, able to see the "bigger picture", integrating digital and other channels into the mix, bringing experiential to the masses in the most creative ways possible.

The ideal Account Director will be a team player, able to lead a team and build strong relationships and organically grow accounts.
