The Social Media Communications Manager will need to manage budgets, develop and report on success measures using KPIs, and have a good understanding of current online marketing tools and the PR environment. The role is based in central London, and you will report directly to the PR manager within the Sales and Marketing team. As a Social Media Communications Manager, you will need to run the company's day to day Twitter/Facebook responding to complaints and pro-actively, engaging stakeholders in conversation according to an agreed content plan. You will need to support video production, supporting high profile social media campaigns, and manage external agencies. Furthermore, the Social Media Communications Manager role requires ad hoc blogs and development of the editorial content working closely with copywriters if not copywriting yourself.
- Strong social media skills and digital industry knowledge. - Personally active on Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook etc - Project management. - Copywriting skills. - Stakeholder management. - Communication skills. - Influencing and negotiation skills. - Business and commercial awareness. - Written, verbal and analytical skills. - Excel, PowerPoint and Word literate Experience needed for the Social Media Executive: .- 2 years plus social media / PR experience ideally in an agency or in-house. - Track record of exceeding targets.

They provide global information services and consult on institutional and personal credit enquiries. They have a very strong presence in the Financial Services atmosphere and have show excellent signs of growth in the past 5 years. The job is offering 30,000 to 35,000 with an excellent package and bonuses
