Kimberly-Clark Professional EMEA puts the customer at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Capability Manager to lead the deployment of global capability initiatives and develop region-specific marketing effectiveness programmes. This, in turn, will help accelerate our ability to create & communicate compelling, higher order end user value propositions, develop strategic & profitable solutions, and more efficiently engage with target audiences, driving sector financial results to achieve the Transformation Agenda.
Duties & Responsibilities The Key Responsibilities are:
•Support and drive the global vision of transforming KCP into a leading edge B2B marketing organization by implementing global and regional strategic capability initiatives
•Build a regional strategic framework for capability development for all levels of marketing from leadership to frontline marketers
•Support KCP EMEA senior management in the development of all marketing personnel
•Provide the guidance, tools and leadership needed to ensure that marketing team performance is aligned to and supports business plans and are translated into effective action and high quality performance
Development and implementation of marketing capability and talent management tools
•Work with the global team in the strategic development and deployment of marketing capability programmes
•Work with internal/external experts to build the capability modules and tools needed
•Support change management acceptance strategies and execute to ensure compliance
•Lead marketing talent recruiting and onboarding activities, including management of our Graduate and Intern programmes
Development of tools to track and monitor marketing skill enhancement
•Execute and drive leading edge marketing capability performance and capability ROI tools to enable measurement of capability initiatives in the region.
•In conjunction with Global Marketing, set benchmarks for marketing effectiveness and develop plans to improve on these in collaboration with senior management
The Individual •Bachelor's degree
•7+ years Business-to-Business marketing experience in multiple businesses and channels with demonstrated success in the development/execution of product commercialization, marketing plans, marketing strategy, and management of P&L.
•Track record of successful capability programme development/deployment for efficient adult learning
•Strong external networks providing access to latest capability thinking, tools and providers
•Working knowledge of marketing capabilities such as integrated planning, persona development, social/digital media, CRM & analytics, learning plans & insight creation, targeting & segmentation, value proposition development, branding, pricing, customer-centric product development & commercialisation, category management & portfolio development, competitor analysis, channel development and channel marketing
•Travel likely to be in the region of 30-50% of time.
•Preferred base for the role is UK, France or Germany.
•Fluent in English
