Shaping and delivering the strategy that underpins our efforts, you’ll help us to realise the potential of global campaigning.
About the role
This key role is about raising the profile of the Amnesty brand across digital channels internationally in order to inspire and engage more people than ever before. So working with communications design and ad agencies around the world, you’ll harness their top quality marketing expertise to shape a brand management framework to be applied to our key campaigns and territories. You’ll provide analytical input to the creative and strategic processes involved in rolling it out. And you’ll act as the first point of contact for any issues that arise along the way. What’s more, looking closer to home, you’ll support the Director of Strategic Communications to embed the brand internally – introducing new ways of working and creating a strong and joined-up image that allows AI staff worldwide to define what we stand for and why we are here
With a proven track record of managing and implementing global branding strategy, you’ll have gained your experience in a top ten brand consultancy within an emerging market. So you’ll come equipped with and in-depth knowledge of brand architecture, brand positioning and strategic communications for international campaigns. As well as the ability to think creatively in everything you do. Strong analytical abilities in marketing, brand building and fundraising are essential. But just as important are the communication skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners across a range of cultures and contexts.
