The Web Analyst role will sit in the Uxbridge based ecommerce team and have responsibility for using web analytics packages to gain insight and provide analysis on multiple channels, which will then lead to tangible improvements in web performance and conversion rate. This could be across multiple areas, including traffic, conversion, and competitor analysis. As web analyst you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing digital development of the brand

The ideal candidate will have a background within ecommerce, either as a web analyst or using analytical tools. They will have an understanding of both traffic acquisition techniques including SEO and UX techniques to drive conversion rates. They will also need to be an extremely strong communicator, in order to translate these insights to the relevant senior internal stakeholders.
