A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, Campaigns. This is a critical role within the marketing team, with responsibility for delivering a national sales driving campaign programme that inspires our employees and customers to believe in the brands core values and benefits.
The successful candidate will be leading the charge in driving our brand to new heights. You will be creating and delivering thought provoking, insight based, industry defining through the line marketing, from traditional brand campaigns, to winning at calendar events. This role is intrinsically linked to the performance of the business; therefore cross function working with Customer Experience, Finance, Design, Trading, and more is the norm. Your project management skills will be first class, accompanied with a strong commercial acumen.
You must be able to demonstrate a mix of commercial and creative skills, through the line experience, as well as successful agency management experience. Strong influencing skills, alongside the ability to build solid relationships with key stakeholders is paramount to the success of this role. You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and a background in the Retail industry would be ideal, but if you can show commercial attitude, passion for excellent delivery, innovative spirit and creative judgement in a blue chip environment your application will be considered.
