Digital Account Manager
An award winning, full service communications agency which works with well respected brands is looking for a Digital Account Manager to handle a wide variety of digital projects, from email campaigns to large websites.
You will be responsible for managing client communications and expectations and a key part of the role requires you to accurately interpret the client needs to the wider agency team. Additionally you will be able to provide real digital insight; ideas and innovations that can transform clients businesses for the better. You will ensure clients receive quality regular updates, reports, plans and objectives and assist the Digital AD to generate new ideas, both tactical and strategic.
As an individual you will have prior experience of working as an account manager within an agency, in a digital or integrated arena. You will have a wealth of digital marketing knowledge and a passion for combining creativity and technology to produce outrageously good results. It goes without saying you will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure that work in progress is in line with your clients requirements.
