A fab integrated agency are looking for a designer to join their team.

The person
*4+ years commercial experience as an integrated designer
*Creative and strategic understanding of digital design and execution
*Experience of working across a number of digital and traditional media
*Able to interrogate a creative brief in order to deliver value to the client
*Understanding and demonstrable skill in (amongst others)
oUser experience and user-centred design
oResponsive design
oDevice contextual design
oPitching conceptual design ideas
*Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
*Proficiency with a motion graphics package (After Effects/Final Cut Pro)
*Understanding and some experience would be additionally useful within any areas of
oHTML/CSS coding
oCinema 4D

The role
Working on creative projects from concept through to hands-on design.
Providing creative guidance to junior designers and production teams.
Responsible for accurate creative delivery and close co-operation with internal and external development teams.
Working in a team environment with account managers, planners, copywriters and other creatives to ensure commercial delivery of creative ideas.
Working on a variety of top UK brands with concepts, design and advertising, applied across any number of media.
Working with the creative lead and creative directors to deliver creative direction within the agency.

Salary - £30k
