This role involves working with blue chip clients on developing communications campaigns (mainly DM), as well as working on loyalty and insights projects. Account Manager - Retail - £40,000-£45,000 - London

Our client operates in over 20 countries and has a proven expertise in launching and managing coalition loyalty programs, delivering propriety loyalty services, creating value through loyalty analytics and driving innovation in the emerging digital, mobile and social communications spaces.

You will own and manage the relationship for a portfolio of key partners for this great company and you will develop and execute the strategic plans to deepen the relationships and drive value by leveraging the partners' engagement in their loyalty programme. You will:
- Manage a team to own, develop and manage key client relationships
- Develop and lead strategic communications/loyalty projects
- Act as an 'internal champion' for the clients, to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects and key marketing initiatives
- Develop, own and manage account plans which focus on account growth

To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Significant experience preferably in a client-facing or marketing role
- Knowledge of direct marketing, database marketing and marketing analytics
- Strong account management and senior stakeholder management experience essential
- Strong communication skills, articulate and confident in front of clients a must
