CRM Manager, London, £48,000 plus benefits

A fabulous opportunity with a high end beauty brand for an accomplished CRM Manager. You’ll be tasked with setting up a new strategic initiative to really drive customer engagement, primarily through online channels. A background in retail or FMCG CRM would be ideal, but not essential.

CRM Manager – The role

  • Working alongside the Head of CRM and overseeing a team, you’ll help to define and develop multi-channel lifecycle strategy
  • You’ll work with on and offline media, driving sales in store, online and other direct channels
  • You’ll be heavily involved in the introduction of a new CRM system, to help segmentation of data and closer targeting of customer messages
  • Working closely with the planning and analysis team to identify trends, and help review successful campaigns
  • Manage welcome, cross spend, uplift and re-engagement campaigns

 

 

CRM Manager – Skills and experience

  • Excellent CRM experience across email and direct mail
  • Strong analytical skills and results focus
  • Ideally, experience in beauty, luxury or retail sectors (though not essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously and own campaigns from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders around the business
  • Previous man-management experience and ability to mentor junior team members
