This role is extremely unique in that the successful candidate will be building their own performance team, but with support of the sister agencies performance team. This role has huge scope for career progression up into Business Director within a year. This role demands someone who is hugely analytical who will work on some exciting performance campaigns across all channels.

The Role
  • Analyse the performance of brand and direct media
  • Work across ALL channels (offline and Digital)
  • develop results based strategies and plans that deliver positive ROI
  • Grow and create long lasting relationships with the client
  • Report on campaign delivery across integrated platforms
  • Reporting and insights

ESSENTIAL- You should be a highly motivated individual who is up for taking on new challenges. You should demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile and have an appetite to grow your role and the role of the Performance Media discipline
  • Enviable performance related experience across different accounts
  • 4 years media agency experience
  • Hugely analytical and data driven
  • Knowledge of wider offline and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent planning and strategic capabilities
  • Proven project management skills
  • Great orator
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
