Business Director – The role
The role is to run a newly launched digital reward and offers scheme programme for one of this agency’s top three and extremely high profile client.
The programme provides a highly relevant offer service bringing consumers value and savings based on the places they shop. You will be responsible for driving the account forward to deliver an ‘always on’ digital offers business focused on building customer engagement and value. The remit will also cover B2B, ensuring new retailers are acquired onto the scheme and existing retailers see the value and commit further offers.
Business Director – Skills and experience
You will be experienced in working with or in a fast paced digital business, able to engage at the highest level in the client organisation and provide quick, proactive, creative response to business performance and client needs. You will also be highly collaborative, able to marshal the integrated resources of user experience, creative technologists, digital analytics, data and communications planning to drive the business forward in an agile way. You should be a strong and innovative thinker who will also be able to work alongside planning to drive the digital vision in creating the UK’s most digitally engaging and forward looking CRM programme.
