As the Insight Manager you will develop the overall market and customer insights strategy for the SMEs segment. You will assess inghts and associated gaps, develop insight projects and develop agencies briefs as well as overseeing execution. You will focus on understanding trends, competitive products solutions and propositions, customers wants and needs as well as channel preferences and desired customer journeys.
As the Insight Manager you will have a proven track record of developing and delivering marketing and customer insight strategies into complex matrix organisations
You will also have the ability to think strategically by applying market, customer and competitor insight. You will also have excellent stakeholders management skills as well as being a good project manager.
