- Managing and motivating a small team of sales managers
- Pitching to media agencies at senior levels
- Ensuring that you achieve and exceed sales target each month.
- Communicating a clear understanding of product portfolio
- Develop strong creative advertising and content concepts to pitch to advertisers
- Fast turnaround of well thought out proposals, ability to listen to clients requirements and generate creative ideas that hit the spot and secure bookings.
- Undertaking on-going analysis to identify the competitive landscape
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for new deals
Key Candidate Requirements
- Experience of managing a team
- Must be numbers driven with a real hunger to reach and exceed ad sales targets each month.
- Proven track record in digital sales.
- Great multi-tasker and able to manage work-load
- Have an excellent black book of agency contacts.
