Senior Optimisation Manager (RTB)

Key responsibilities:
*Management of campaign performance against forecasts
*Proficient use of Impression Desk Bidder, AppNexus, GDN, Tubemogul platforms
*Thorough understanding of reporting, analytics, data manipulation and DCP among different platform
*Keep abreast of platform technologies
*Troubleshooting
*Daily check responsibility
*Trafficking responsibility

*Maximising campaign performance
*Identify Opportunities and inform the Account Manager
*Improve the learning sharing being specialist of different activities of the optimisation process
*Let the Client Service know of changes and performance on-going basis
*Build relationship with 3rd party providers and adExchange
*Quality delivery
*Build a strong working relationship with the Client Management
*Project work - lead and participate
*Product and process development
*Offer client's expert insight and build trust

Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience, within a senior campaign management/ optimisation specialist role, a thorough understanding of RTB, reporting, analytics, data manipulation, DCP among different platforms and outstanding troubleshooting / problem-solving abilities.
