Head of Advertising Operations (Publisher/Online/Digital/TV Adv

London£60000 - £80000 per annum + bonus, benefits

As a key member of the steering group, working closely with various internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for a major overhaul of the company's digital capabilities and strategy, whilst maintaining the day to day management of the Ad Operations department (developing innovative commercial solutions across desktop, mobile, video and audience).

Suitable candidates will have:

Proven success in a senior/managerial capacity within an AdTech business
In-depth knowledge of Ad Operations, Traffic & Campaign Management functions
A deep knowledge and understanding of ad serving technology's, with experience of ad server migrations, RTB/Programmatic, DMP's, DSP, etc
Team management experience
Excellent business judgement and an in-depth understanding of online advertising and its ecosystem, in order to drive and lead key initiatives
