*Develop and implement their PPC and SEO strategy
*Maximising their website visibility and online brand
*Work closely with external agencies to improve revenue and sales
*Maximise online conversion, revenue generation and engagement - by developing high quality content, promotions and offers
*Develop a leading social strategy across - Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
*Improve mobile optimisation across the business
*Take a lead on all Content marketing across the business
*Review and report on all activity across the business
*Improve awareness of the brand - PR, Social, Video and Mobile marketing
*Optimise and consistently develop the website with the end user in mind
*Manage and develop a small team
*Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience to be Considered
*5+ experience digital marketing experience
*Must have exceptional experience in SEO (onsite & offsite) and Content Marketing
*Experience running high profile digital projects
*A solid background in PPC, DM, Content, Analytics, Social, Display and Project Management
*A strong background in campaign optimisation, analytics and mobile advertising
*A genuine passion for the publishing and digital sector
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*A lively outgoing personality who likes to work hard - but, someone who has some fun doing it!
