Commercial/Agency Sales Manager

London (Central), London (Greater)£40000 - £55000 Per Annum + comms + benefits

My client is the leading provider of Digital Media trading technology and services. With the programmatic space rapidly expanding, they are the true pioneers of “DSP”, with their software platform driving breakthrough results for hundreds of agencies and thousands of the World’s top brands. This giant is now looking for a Commercial Manager to come on board who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new clients.

As Senior Digital Sales Manager
• Selling their DSP and Programmatic solutions and platform to Media Agencies, Trading desks, Advertisers and Ad Networks
• Building new and growing relationships with your clients to drive new revenues from your client base.
• Educate the market on Programmatic Bidding and DSP technology
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and of the biddable media marketplace—past, present, and future
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years + experience in Digital Media or Ad Tech Sales
• Experience and understanding of RTB Programmatic landscape, who the players are and what can be achieved
• Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies
• Strong contacts with Digital trading desks, media agencies, ad networks and advertisers
• Excellent sales skills including a demonstrated track record of success and established relationships
• Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills; sense of humour a must
• Strong consultative sales skills, personable, charismatic
• Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Fluency in English required, multilingual a plus
