They are looking for a talented, results driven individual to play a key role in managing SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content Marketing, along with other channels as needed. You will work with external agencies and resources when required, however you will be responsible for driving Digital Marketing strategy as well as execution.

You will join a small team in their London office and will need to have great ideas, able to work autonomously and a real passion for Digital Marketing.

Main duties and responsibilities:
*Management of website SEO to boost organic rankings, keeping SEO at the heart of all digital campaigns and projects
*Management of all aspects of Paid Search campaigns, budgets, tech and tools
*Set up and management of content for social media channels, investigating new and emerging channels
*Creating digital campaigns to improve social following, provoke sharing and ultimately drive enquiries
*Use of internal knowledge to create effective content for website articles, blogs and social media to boost SEO
*Able to provide performance reports on all digital marketing performance and effectiveness, reporting back to the co-founders of the company.

Required experience/qualifications:
*Proven experience in creating successful Digital Marketing campaigns, across channels and on an independent basis
*Thorough working knowledge of Content Marketing, Social Media, PPC and SEO
*Strong data analytics skills (knowledge of Google Analytics and other tools)
*Experience in the B2B Marketing sector, Recruitment Marketing sector or experience working in a start up
*Educated to Degree level.
