    Community / Social Media Manager role:

    We're looking for a talented, creatively minded Community Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who's hungry to take on more responsibility and be part of the growth of our agency.

    Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of two well known and liked FMCG brands social content calendars and develop strategies that will increase community engagement and interactions.

  • You will work with the Account Service team to generate content ideas and then develop content calendars for all social channels - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and ensure that a consistent tone of voice is executed in all channels.

  • Participate in the development of social tactics, strategies and ideas for both organic client growth and new business opportunities

  • You will work with the Account Service and Creative teams to ensure campaigns have a strong social media component.

  • You will be responsible for managing and posting the incoming and outgoing communications on the brands social media channels, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    1-3 years’ experience managing online communities

    Ideally this will be in an agency setting but it isn’t a requirement.
