Guardian Media are a commercial department that play an integral role in generating revenue by selling advertising and communication solutions to clients and media agencies. We’re now looking for a Packaging Specialist to develop cross platform advertising packages that maximise campaign performance.
You’ll be responsible for providing data driven analysis and valuable insight on the most effective platforms to use for various target audiences. Using these insights you’ll design packages that maximise cost efficiency, campaign reach and optimize inventory. This position will see you working closely with the sales team to meet and create advertiser demand. As Packaging Specialist you’ll be the internal and external evangelist and expert to provide insights and clarity on why advertisers should be buying audience packages with the Guardian.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable data analysis expertise and will ideally already have packaging experience within an advertising sales environment. With experience of cross platform digital media you will have experience of using planning tools to create media plans for advertisers and agencies. We expect you to be an advocate of our values and passionate about our core purpose and editorial principles.
