This is a fantastic opportunity for a Print and Promotions Planning Manager who has an eye for detail and a passion for precision, to join a fast paced and dynamic Marketing Department.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing the Print and Promotions Planning Manager will be to provide support to the Design studio team and manage all related workflow processes across all channels to meet the demands of the business.

You will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

*To manage the busy workflow in and out of the in house Design Studio in line with the demands of the business
*To brief the Senior Graphic Designer and design team on projects in a clear and concise manner on a weekly basis
*To manage the relationship between the Marketing Department and print suppliers - being the first point of contact.
*Co-ordinate the delivery of the store collateral in conjunction with the Operations team.
*To manage the Print and Visual Merchandising budget
*To manage the marketing planning calendar - which should be updated on a weekly basis
*To support the Head of Marketing and deputise for them in the Marketing/Operations meeting as when required

The ideal candidate will:

*Be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
*Clearly present themselves in senior meetings as required
*Thrive in a fast moving, busy working environment
*Be task focused and able to work to deadlines
*Be experienced in using Microsoft Office/ Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc

*Excellent written and verbal skills
*An excellent communicator
*Proactive approach to managing various workloads
*Uses initiative to solve problems
*Organised and detail conscious
*Retail experience / understanding of a retail environment
*Process management experience
*Managing agencies
*Knowledge of print
*Minimum 3 years marketing experience in a retail or fast-moving environment.

Desirable but not essential:
*Planning management
*Budget management
