Words that have been previously associated with the business are fearless, untainted, committed, creative and clever.
You need to be able to express your views, enjoy generating ideas both alone and with others, honest, assertive but not aggressive, passionate about transformation and have a strong desire to learn. You are likely to be disaffected with the larger/traditional consultancy and are attracted to the idea of a solid and compelling proposition from which you can be free to seriously develop.
