CRM Executive - Contract
Our client is a leading UK law firm that provides a full service to leading clients, including FTSE 100, companies along with public and private sector organisations. They have an exciting opening for a CRM Executive on a FTC for up to 12 months.
You will be required to directly support the Head of CRM and the wider CRM team by helping to progress, administer, and where relevant, lead on CRM projects.
Your main duties will include the on-going maintenance and support of the client feedback programme, supporting and coaching secretaries on client service tools such as directories, client-facing relationship documents and CRM systems. You will also be required to maintain and develop intranet pages and produce financial reports with additional reporting and analysis of data. Support will be required for secondment processes and paperwork, as well as supporting the Business Development Manager in key account and client planning.
To be considered for the role we are looking for candidates with legal or professional services experience along with some customer service/sales experience, which can include sales administration. You will possess an ability to liaise closely with people at all levels, both internally and externally, show strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle and prioritise, whilst working to tight and demanding deadlines. You will need to be a highly approachable individual who has a passion for delivering excellent client services and have preferably gained experience of working directly with external clients.
